Not enough Hazmat suit

Help me out 🙂 I have request the Hazmat suit on the computer. when I receive it it tell me to ask the Curio shop owner about Incomplete Hazmat Suit. I ask one of the person only she tell me the Hazmat suit will be not enough due to everyone has been stock up. And after that nothing happen. Not sure if this is a bug or I have some mods. I have google some answer but not the same as my case. Hope someone can help 🙂
