Number of babies theory (triplets achievement)

Hello all,

First of all, I'm new here, so, sorry if I'm posting this on the wrong place.

I'm trying to get triplets in my game, for the related achievement/trophy.

It's been hard, and much boring due to waiting time.

So I thought about something that I discovered by accident..

I was in a household with me and 4 womans, totalizing 5 Sims. I tried for a baby with each one, but with the 4th woman, the option to try for a baby was "inactive" (gray color) saying that my household was full, when I had just 5 Sims, due to the next 3 babies that would come in the future from each woman. So the game was assuming that each one that I tried for a baby would have only 1 child. And that's the part that I'm thinking about.. If the game counts the Future babies that will be born at each "try for a baby", does that mean that, if, in a household with 5 Sims, and I try for a baby with a womant(imagine that it'll gonna be triplets) the size of the household will increase according to the numbers of baby/babies will born and when I try for a baby with a second woman it will say that my household is full due to the triplets that I'll come in the future form the first woman, or it's just count as one and make no difference if it gonna be twins/triplets?

I searched for so much info about how to get triplets, but I I found nothing about what I thought.

Don't know with I made it very clearly. Also English is not my first language, so I made my best here. Sorry for any language errors, you can be sure I'm learning 🙂

    @kachunarimoto If the third woman's ability to try for a baby was grayed out I would assume you either have one baby in one of the other two sims and twins in the other or you have triplets in one of them (I guess it would be the second one, since the option wasn't greyed out with her?). Each baby in any of the woman will count toward the max household limit of 8.

    @SheriGR Thanks for the reply and the link you shared. And yes, cheats with "testing cheats" disable achievements.

    Just to be clear and end my question. You said that what I thought is right, that when I try for a baby with a woman, the numbers of Sims in my household will automatically increase, even in the very beginning of the gestation. If I gonna have a triplets, the household will increase +3 as soon the try for a baby action end? That can save me a lot of time.
