Objects/Doors/Windows Disappearing on Non-Selected Floors

Is there a way to make it so that objects don't disappear when you change floors? I can only see objects on the floor I have selected. If I'm view from the outside, I can still see everything. Also, ...

@FalconSims Few years ago i had a nice file for better Camera, but the file get lost after a HDD crash

@666_Carbide_666 Also, it happens both in regular cam and free cam for me. I can't see any of the things I placed below my indoor balcony
