Occult-exclusive CAS features resetting in game

Every time I select vampire fangs for my sim, they show up fine in CAS but the moment I load into the game they reset to the default teeth. They appear in the 'dark form', but since I paid for this pack I want my vampire sim to have her fangs 24/7. Not a huge issue but yet another example of an annoying bug. Apparently this happens with all occult features and has been happening since the October update. would love to see this fixed asap!
