@f8b2mx92kvto I can't see it happening but they do sometimes drop quite a bit of free content in major updates. For example the recent changes to CAS options and the new Wants and Fears system.
To coincide with different cultural celebrations or the launch of a new expansion pack we've had recipes and build mode items added to the base game. So I think that's how we'll continue to get free content.
