[OR] Crash when sending Sim on vacation lot/Lot occupied by other family

I keep having a failure to launch every time I try to send my sims family on vacation to Granite Falls lots. I have repaired the app and deleted the cache folder over and over but it is still giving ...

never cc or mods

So yes it created a LastException file and it is still triggering the error.
