ORDER - gifts etc - why click up arrow one at a time?

Why is the UI so gimped that we have to click up arrow one at a time to slowly increase stack size we want to purchase, instead of giving us the ability to click inside the box and simply type quantity we would like to buy.

I am referring to buying gifts/ordering things etc via the computer. Things like apples, upgrade parts, and so on.

This is really unacceptable in a modern game UI.

Please fix.

This is a pretty basic UI issue I think deserves some attention, we should be able to just click inside the input box and add desired quantity. Clicking an arrow one click up at a time is really bad for regular players let alone anyone with any kind of mobility/pain issues.
