'Order Favorite Drink' at bars does not work with packs disabled

Ah well if its a pack feature that makes sense. I looked online before I posted this and the information I found said it was a basegame feature (which is why I expected it to work with packs disabled)

Its interesting finding out what little things that seem like they should be basegame are actually lockes behind a pack.
