Owning Freestanding Small Business created Permanent Live in Small Business

Hi! Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

So my Sim who lives on a Residential Lot purchased a Small business on a separate lot.  They only own that one business and it is freestanding.  Upon returning home, my sim now lives on a Small Business Residential without the option to change it back to a regular residential.  Is this just how the game works?  Am I doing something wrong?  Is it a bug?  Can a Sim who owns a freestanding Small Business on a separate lot not live in a regular residential?  I have pics attached.

    I think it just changes to that if you have any Sims with a business living on a residential lot. It shouldn't affect the living situation. You can't open a business on a lot it's not assigned to.

    So just make sure you don't assign it here and don't have any public areas and then it's basically a naming issue (bit confusing but I dont' think it should affect gameplay).
