owning property on sims 4
how do my sims purchase bars, café, or other businesses? the game keeps saying sim cant own previously owned businesses

Click the Business icon to the lower right (Requires Get to Work) and select to buy a store.
For Restaurants Dine Out is required.
For Vet Clinic Cats & Dogs is required.
