Pack items still tagged in gallery when removed

I’m not sure if this is only happening to me bc i haven’t seen anyone else talk about it but if my sim was wearing an item even if i remove it, it still says they’re wearing it on the gallery. like f...

there's some swatches that are specific to packs. So while they show up as base (or another pack), they could still flag another pack.

Does it go away if you choose the default swatch on all clothing ?
