Packs not installed

hello

I bought sims4 pack lovestruck and Enchanted by Nature and i redeem the codes when i click add on i see them but they are not installed i tried to manage and somehow they are not there 

when i open the game i went to collection and writing in grey not installed and checked the file location i moved it into the same location of the game still not work i did a lot of repair ,clear cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this is what shows in adds on , in the game they are not installed i can't activate them

    Hey Nouffii​, 

    Just to confirm, are those two packs activated and installed under Marketplace > My Collection? If not, please select them and click 'Confirm' to activate them. And do the packs appear as 'Installed' on the EA App > Library > The Sims 4 > Manage add-ons?
