Patch 12/02/26

Hi everyone! I'm looking around to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Since the November 4th update, I have been experiencing lag in-game. When it started, my Sims would not take command, the task would hover in their taskbar, and it would take forever for them to do anything, you can imagine how frustrating playing became. In the last patch update, I noticed a significant difference as tasks load, but my Sims still freeze for long periods of time. I also cannot pause my game in these frozen moments. I have tried everything, launched without CC, scanned my CC files for broken or outdated files, yet nothing seems to help. If anyone knows how to help, please help.

    q79ddyjvx7io​  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Does this happen in all saves or just one or a few?  And is there any particular time the game freezes, or is it seemingly random?
