Paying impossible bills

What if you go into the build mode and just delete the vault ? Or move out delete the vault and come back ?
FairlyFairyXOXO I doubt that will work in MalevolentSin666 case as the bills have already been delivered. Either way you mentioned should work if the bills haven't been delivered though. That's the problem here really. The bills exceed the amount of cash in the household funds and you can't transfer in anymore due to the household funds cap. Even if the household moves, the bills will follow them wherever they move to.
What if you add a new dummy sim to the household and then move only the actual family out ? Leaving the dummy sim in that house with the bills ?
