I hear you, we're always working on ways to improve our communication methods and styles with fans, one of the things I personally love are the Laundry Lists that Maxis puts out for fans to know where our bug fixes are being prioritized at the moment.

That being said, I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement and your feedback has been shared with the Maxis team.

@EA_Cade My specific feedback is for the Sims Team to be honest and transparent on whether foundational fixes are or aren't possible with the tech of the base game. Things like:
-improving AI
-improving personality and depth
-fixing simulation lag

    Me too. I advocated for six years for an overhaul of the CAS interface because its so frustrating to work with. One minor item got crossed off the extensive list I posted. One!
    And what changes? One rare death gets its missing text fixed. This is one of the most "me too'ed" issues here according to the latest tweet. How they come to that conclusion is beyond science.
