I hear you, we're always working on ways to improve our communication methods and styles with fans, one of the things I personally love are the Laundry Lists that Maxis puts out for fans to know where our bug fixes are being prioritized at the moment.
That being said, I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement and your feedback has been shared with the Maxis team.
