please read, event ui doesnt work

Question

hi the event ui for happy holidays or whatever wont let me log in. i have been doing the quest and getting points but it wont open the menu for me and I cant get the rewards. i also haven't been able to talk to someone and I am going crazy. i just want the rewards I earned.

@nyxcamire  Could you post a pic of what you are seeing ? Are you using any mods/cc ?

@crinrict thats the thing. im not seeing anything. it just doesn't open. and I do have mods/cc but they are all up to date

@crinrict its there but i cant open it. same with the icon. nothing.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4 &gt; localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
