Poor Origin shop discount options for The Sims 4
I would just like to remark that the Origin shop Sims 4 Build a bundle function is completely useless when EA have any 'offers' or sales because it does not allow to combine the item at discount price with other items in order to 'build a bundle' to get the bundle at less than standard price.
I am sure that the EA/Origin argument would be that I should be happy to receive any discount at all including the standard offered with the 'build a bundle' function.
I however am completely unimpressed with any such arguments because I think that EA have been screwing customers so thoroughly with respect to the 'The Sims 3' that I think that it would have been proper action to offer a free or almost free 64 bit engine upgrade to all The Sims 3 game owners that like me bought all the expansion packs only to find out that the game could neither run nor save after many hours of game play. (NO! , Please do not start offering advice again now to fix that which could not be fixed by anyone back then !!!)
After having been screwed by EA I had more or less sworn that I would never buy another Sims game unless that EA made some kind of reparations but when I saw recently that they *FINALLY!!!!* decided to make a 64 bit engine only version of the Sims 4 I decided to give it a go anyway (Yes! , am aware that a 'legacy version also exists but my advice to EA would be to stop all future development of 32 bit and concentrate on making the game able to actually run stable under all circumstances by using a 64 bit engine that are free of any built in computer memory constraints)...
Anyway, as a person that have bought not only the The Sims 3 game but also all expansions that I could get and many extra map scenarios also (only to find out that the game couldn't be used anymore after playing many hours) then I think that EA should count themselves lucky that I am willing to give them any more of my money for the The Sims franchise and since I have never seen any reparations to The Sims 3 owners such as I then I expect EA to at least give/offer me extremely good deals on the Sims 4 !!! (I only bought the The Sims 4 game recently because it both had been made to a 64 bit engine game only and also offered with a very handsome discount)
P.S. : With respect to me claiming that EA has screwed people over thoroughly with respect to the The Sims 3 game then I would like to make it completely clear that the The Sims 2 game (which I also bought) also had problems running stable due to computer memory constraints AND when seeking support for the problems then EA support back then as a solution adviced me / PROMISED ME that if I switched to and bought the The Sims 3 game instead then that would not suffer from the same problems - which it obviously did. So as far as I am concerned then EA truly and thoroughly screwed their customers by selling the games with more expansions and stuff than games were able to keep running stable, and me in particular by EA support giving me false advice / making personal promises to me which EA obviously were unable to keep !!!
Also , please notice that anyone not being able to recognize the problems described with the The Sims 3 game can only be persons that either did not have all the expansions and so on or did not play the game for long enough time with enough stuff in inventory and so on !!!
