Possible errors with My Library in the Gallery

For some reason, some of the families created by Maxis are duplicated in My Library, and some content from Maxis may be missing. Is this normal? If not, how can I restore it? I'm playing without mod...

SoulHeartGhost There are 6. If they have gone missing, just move your Tray folder to your desktop and start the game. Once you get to the Main Menu, click Gallery. Then click the Library tab. If you look at the Tray folder at that point, it will be empty. The only way they would go missing is for you to delete them (yes, that is safe to do, same with the default hard coded lots).
