@SheriGR When I have been able to ask roommates to live with my sims I haven’t had an issue with roommates features, but i don’t get why potential roommates aren’t showing up with the advertisement regardless of how many beds I have.
@hanmariemay I hear your frustration. I don't understand why it worked in my game and not in yours either. I'm only mentioning these things since these are features my friends and I were discussing that we added to our lots and things that seemed needed to attract and keep our roommates.
I did find some buggy things in my roommates, including that thing where they keep leaving the lot to come back with group dinners, eating spoiled food that they are keeping in their personal inventory (I married one of my roomies to a household member and he had several spoiled meals in his inventory). They obviously leave the lot for showers sometimes, it's hit-and-miss as to whether they'll eat, bathe, or use the toilet on the lot even though they're hungry or need to shower/pee, and each roommate seems to have at least once where they have to send out that 'I can barely take care of myself' message... to name the main things that come to mind.
Roommates are a great feature, and I'm glad they added it, but I think the whole roommates thing still has some bugs to work out. 🤔
