Power keeps shutting off and won't cut back on

Okay, so yes I have mods, but I disabled them and it still happened. My power cut off when I left the house to go to work. There was no warning whatsoever. I just remember the first time it happened ...

    This video is not a tutorial. I was on reddit looking for answers until i found one out myself. I ended up not remembering it enough to post it on reddit but then I realized I could shadowplay what I did to fix it. Make sure all your BILLS are paid and settings for bills are on store. Copy my lot challenge, etc and follow what I'm doing. INCLUDING all the saves and exits + travels !!
