Pregnancy problems

Hello,

I recently downloaded the two latest expansion packs and the 150+ fix update after having not played the Sims for months. I just noticed that my Sims suddenly can't get pregnant? I've tried multiple times, taken the fertility aspiration award, used a fertility boosting family recipe, and still nothing. I closed the game and repaired it but still no pregnancy. I did see this was a problem in July that has seemingly been fixed since then. Any tips on how to fix this now?
