Pregnancy test Comes back negative

Hello, so for the past week I've had this problem where my sim has a negative pregnancy test but on mc command centre it says she is pregnant.

I've had 1 sim pregnancy test work before but not on this other sim, I've tried to reset her, delete her and add the old version of her but still nothing.

I've repaired the game also

I don't know if it's a bug with woohoo wellness mod because I did try out a sim have a baby for us but changed my mind so I deleted the surrogate sim.

    @ShannRosee 

    If you have gone a week in Sim Time without a birth then there was no pregnancy. Make sure you have the latest version of MCC that are compatible with the version of The Sims 4 that you are running.

    I would do what ShannRosee said, but if that doesnt work, then I would restart my game and/or delete the mcc mod. I know he has a discord page, and (if you want) you could always try to get answers there .
