Pregnant bellies on children since latest update

Since yesterday's update (PC: 1.113.277.1030 / Mac: 1.113.277.1230) I have noticed that an awful lot of the children in my save suddenly appear pregnant. This bug was happening before for teenage girls, but now it seems to be happening for children whether male or female. Please see attached screenshot for an example.
