Try in the game when you have selected sim use cheat Sims.remove_all_buffs
You might need to go to manage worlds and reload the family to see the effect.

- @kittell17 yeah, it should remove pregnancy buff from your sim 🙂 if that doesn't help, MC Command Centre will help
