Profile picture not visible in the in-game gallery

I see now that it isn't visible on the start screen of the game either (where you choose to start a new game, load a game, etc.)

Hi @plumsiebob,

Your picture in the Gallery should be the same picture that you use in the EA app- try updating your picture again in the EA app and let me know if it updates in-game please.

  Hi, thank you for the reply. It isn't possible to change the profile picture directly in the EA app, it redirects me to the EA website, but I tried changing it on the site earlier today, as well as just now, but that hasn't worked, sadly.

    I have the same problem!!! - I can see the picture on the EA myaccount page, but when I open the gallery - the place of the picture is blue, - there is no picture!
