Pub Owner at Henford-on-Bagley?

Does anyone have a weird issue of Sara Scott, the Pub Owner in Henford-on-Bagley just randomly wandering into your house? She has "Pub Owner" over her head, and I'm pretty sure she's about to clean my toddler's bathroom.  She's giving Darrel Charm a shoulder massage apparently.
