Purchased content showing as not owned in CAS & Gameplay

Hi all!

I have had the My Wedding Stories game pack on my mac for quite a few years now and originally it worked as expected. I recently reinstalled the content to my mac and it now displays the message "You do not own this content" when trying to filter by pack in CAS. I have repaired the game, removed all mods, uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists. Any thoughts to how I can access this content? Thank you!!

    Hey JAGGGGIE​, 

    Can you try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing the game before checking again? And just to confirm, is the My Wedding Stories game pack showing as 'active' under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection? If not, please select the pack and click 'Confirm' to activate it.
