Purchased Packs Saying Not Purchased on Gallery

I have no CC, and no Mods downloaded into my game on my PC. When I open the gallery so I can place a lot, it tells me that some packs that the uploader used are not purchased. I know I purchased, and...

Brianna62  Do you own the Horse Ranch bonus items, and are they loading in-game?  If you place these builds, do any items disappear?

If that doesn't help, it sounds like you might be in the wrong account, which has been a common issue since the changeover to the EA App.

I did a little more digging and found that they are the extra items you get when you pre-purchase the expansion pack. They are mislabeled and that’s where the issue has stemmed from
