Question about a thought bubble

I had 2 Sims (young adults) share their first kiss. Right after, they both had thought bubbles with 2 purple people and one has their arm around the other one in a silver circle. At the left bottom outside the bubble is the image of 3 black head and shoulders in a circle. I have never seen this thought bubble yet and was curious on what it meant.

Ok. I figured it out. Those icons mean "deeply connected". I guess it's part of the new Sentiments the game has now.

@greenean71~~Did you buy the Expansion Pack 'Snowy Escape~~'? These bubbles are part of the new sentiments Sims can experience, some of them are also part of the base game. These belong to the 16 extra lifestyle traits

Thanks for the reply. No, I don't have Snowy Escape. I only have Seasons, Cats and Dogs, and Get to Work.
