Question about Getaway schedules and lectures

Question about Getaway schedules and lectures: I am trying to set up a Getaway and create a schedule where Sims can attend a lecture. The option appears for me so I assume it requires the Business and Hobbies EP and a whiteboard. My issue is that I assigned the role Students and added Attend Lecture, but when I create a Teachers role there is no option to Give Lecture. How are the students supposed to attend a lecture if no one can give one? I also checked social interactions but found no option to ask a Sim to give a lecture. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
