Quick way to download new versions of mods? SIMS 4!

Does anyone know how to fine new versions of existing CC (custom content/mods)? I have 2785 mods installed (currently) and I need to find the new versions to be able to play (because of the mod patches). I know it a stupid question but I want to know a quicker way, especially if the mod name and the mod creators name isn't shown in anything...

    @almoststacey, since I don't play with CC/Mods, I'm going to tag @Sashas0nic in hopes she can help you.  She uses at least as much Mods and CC as you do, and is really helpful! 😇  She isn't around as much as she used to be though. ☹️
