Rambunctious Scamp: Playing on Jungle Gym while playful not ticking off

I can't get past level one of this aspiration in multiple different saves because it wont register that my sim is playing on the Jungle Gym while Playful. I have kept them on there for hours on multi...

The ones on the right hand side are the ones counting for the aspiration. Those are jungle gyms. The others are monkey bars and they do not count.

(and yes, the pic of the aspiration is very misleading.
