Ranch Hand not leaving lot
Since the newest update, my ranch hands are continuously working and not leaving the lot despite all gates being unlocked. Has anyone else encountered this or found a solution?

I noticed that if my sims are away from lot and come home after 7 when they're supposed to leave , the ranch hand is still there and working. But if I'm on the home lot all day he leaves and arrives on time. If he's there when he's not supposed to be I shift-click (testingcheats true) and send home/leave with orange circle.
