Random Shoes on random CAS sim not in shoe collection

I used the feature Apply Shoes To All Outfits and it worked but I discovered the game doest think she's wearing shoes. I'll explain when I hovered the mouse over shoes there's no X to remove the shoes but if I select another shoe it'll disappear. It's so weird.
