Randomly generated sleepwear

Um..so i noticed this thing where i only gave my sim one set of pjs in CAS …but when i click on my sims and have her change her outfit or go to sleep…there a random second set of pjs that i didn’t set up for my sim…what bothers me is that when i have my sim sleep, she wears the second set of pjs instead the first set i made for her to wear…when i go in CAS mode to delete the second set and then leave CAS mode a different second set of pjs appear…

If you use mods or cc, try moving the mods folder to another place and then testing to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

Hi I'm having this problem too. On PS4 no mods, cheats, CC.
When I change my sims sleepwear in CAS it puts the old one in the number 2 slot (alt outfit tabs above the outfit selection tab markers) even though I didn't create two outfit tabs I just changed clothes. I have no idea this happens until my sim will change into the old one randomly before sleeping or I choose change outfit on my sim and see it in the selection. It stops happening if I go into CAS and delete the other old one in tab 2 which I didn't create but once I change my sims outfit again this problem repeats.
