@RaniaKpop The lumps of clay are from a neighborhood action plan, I think the Promote Creative Arts one. There's a bug report about the overspawning of these and the future cubes from another action plan:
When autonomy is off, it's possible that sims are still pushed to do action plan-related activities; I've seen at least one complaint about the same thing. Is your sim doing just about any activity, or is she limited to tasks that might relate to an active action plan? This bug report is about sims repeating the same actions over and over, and although it doesn't directly mention sims that have autonomy turned off, it may be part of the same overall issue.
