In some cases, there can be a pre-authorization charge pending. It's just the bank and service provider ensuring that the money is there to cover the order. Those pre-authorization charges should drop off on their own within 72 hours, depending on the card company or bank. Saying that, if you are seeing two completely finalized charges, please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over this for you. 

You'll be able to confirm the status of the purchases by viewing your Order History and checking the status column by either purchase:

    It wasnt a problem with my bank I was charged twice for the purchase

    Hi @cyberlisaaa 

    If you've been charged twice for one of your purchases, you'll want to contact the live support team so they can look into your account and billing details and remove any duplicate charges.

    Please contact live support using the link provided in the post above. 

  • i went over there and there is no option for the problem i have, is there an email or something i can send a message to

    On the help site, you can select EA app as the product, then choose Orders-> I want a refund. From there, you'll see the current available contact options.
