Charged twice for expansion pack

Hello, I purchased an expansion pack on 3-24-23 and noticed i was charged twice for one pack. Order number . How can I resolve this? [CM Edit: Personal info removed]

    Hi @Lchavez289, 

    In some cases, there can be a pre-authorization charge pending. It's just the bank and service provider ensuring that the money is there to cover the order. Those pre-authorization charges should drop off on their own within 72 hours, depending on the card company or bank. Saying that, if you are seeing two completely finalized charges, please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over this for you. 

    You'll be able to confirm the status of the purchases by viewing your Order History and checking the status column by either purchase:

On the help site, you can select EA app as the product, then choose Orders-> I want a refund. From there, you'll see the current available contact options.
