Re: Connect a child/underage account to my account as a family member

I have created a EA minor account with parent approval, confirmation via email etc.
I have the EA app on the pc (my minors pc) with an empty library.

I can't work out how to get the game Sims 4 base running.


As I understand it, I have already downloadet it once, to get the EA app, create accounts etc.

Should I try downloading Sims 4 base once again? (well, I'll try.... otherwise I will return) :-)

    Now I tried downloading it again -it won't help.
    I tried to ask Copilot ChatGPT4, and it extracted an advice to contact EA support team to get help adding Sims 4 base to my minors account.
    Is this really neccesary? I mean, as I understand it, Sims 4 is OK for playing as a 12 year old...
    Did I get anything wrong?
