Re: Growing Together - Preorder bonus issues

I bought the pack a day before release and redeemed the code on the day of release but do not have the bonus content in my game.

I bought not from EA app, but from a different website which I always use.

I had the same trouble with cottage living when it came out, pre ordered it, redeemed the code, but never got the bonus content, still dont have it. I do remember that it was said even if you order from other website you will still get the content, but this is second pack I pre-ordered and did not receive any bonus content.

I got it as a gift and same, no bonus content. They told me that they ot the game in Amazon and didn't get any other link or code to redeem the bonus content. Tried to look how to get it and there's no answer anywhere. Considering that the pre order last until April, you may think that everyone will have but nothing here. I don't even know how to report it because it wasn't me who bought it so I'm waiting to see if it magically appears

No answer from Amazon Germany yet, but they took the pack down. The link leads to Get to Work now .
