Try to invite the owner with the dog over or visit the owner with your dog.

- @jpkarlsen I let the male dog and let my female dog to be friendly with that male dog and then the encourage to mate is appearing . not sure if it was successful though, cause after that they were not that friendly anymore and i didn't see they mate. And the mate option become gray waiting if she get pregnant next day. how to know if the dog is expecting baby?
You can go to the Vet or simply wait a couple days. That the option is now greyed out may also mean she is pregnant or no longer in heat.
- @jpkarlsen but my female dog is still in heat. That it mean she is not pregnant?
She shows as in heat but can't be encouraged to mate = Pregnant. On adult Sims you also can't try for baby when pregnant.
- @jpkarlsen Is normal though that both the male and female dog sometimes bark not so great to each other? Sorry I ask so many questions 😂 lol
