Bugs usually go in the bug forum here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs
The procedure is:
1. You report them
2. Maybe there's some clarification needs so please check back if there are any questions to answer
3. If not, the bug gets forwarded to EA/Maxis who will look into it and decide what to do.
4. You will then need to wait until they get fixed or someone comes up with a workaround. There's no ETAs when this will be
