I'm really surprised that these two sims, seen in renders and trailers for Tiny Living, haven't been put in the gallery yet. Tiny Living was released January 21st, which is four months ago. I know that they've had a lot to do due to Eco Lifestyle and a lot of base game updates, but still. Even though it's not something they're prioritising right now, it can't be too time-consuming to put promotional sims on the gallery, right?
This is Clare, according to SimGuruGeorge, and she's in Eco Lifestyle renders and trailers. She was the one narrating the second Eco Lifestyle trailer. She's not in the game yet. Eco Lifestyle came almost three months ago.
And, of course the family from Nifty Knitting renders and trailer aren't in the gallery yet either.

Oh, yes, I think I tested the bug report for that, but could not replicate. Relations are dynamic in the sims, and based on momentum but I'm willing to give it another try, if you provide more info, in the bug report thread.
I'm also slowly discovering all the traits afforded through gameplay, and I believe the Serial Romantic Aspiration gives the trait Player; which could accomplice something similar.

@SqueamishNerd , @RandomBuzziness , @DonroaAkashu , I can understand why they might not have artist's renders in the game or in the Gallery, but I see no reason why they can't or wouldn't put Sims from the trailers in the Gallery! 😞 They already went through the trouble of making them, and if they thought they were enticing enough to get us to buy a pack, why wouldn't we want those Sims in our game?!
Well, I can think of several reasons, but they are all mean, and my grandma who often opened her mouth one too many times used to have a saying: Tyst min mun så får du socker (Quiet my mouth, and you'll get sugar), and since I like candy more than complaining, I'll stick to that! :D
