@crinrict Okay so i reinstalled my game and made a new save file with the same sim and house and now im having the issue where i click on a world from world selection and get the white screen, im about to gently scream

I did the user folder thing and it didnt do anything really, i made a complete new save with the same house and sim from the gallery and the map still isnt working

@lillianmae2871 If you don't download the house (some houses give issues currently), does it work ?

What's the name/creator of the lot ?

My friend made the house and uploaded it and then i uploaded it to my gallery when i had stuff from my sims life in it, when i moved the same sim into the house from the gallery she didnt own the stuff though, i was honestly wondering if that could cause the issue and if i should remove anything from the old sims inventory off the walls etc and reupload and try that
