If your only reason for getting Get Together or Vampires is because of the ivy, I would follow @SheriGR 's instructions of using the Debug climbing plants found in base game instead.  However, if you are interested in other aspects of either of these 2 packs, then it would be worth your while to get them! 🥳 I could only find one climbing ivy in Get Together, but there are 3 of them in Vampires.  Both packs have some excellent building items and furniture! 🙌
