@zacherous I checked all my vampires and they can all order packs on PS4 from the computer. You mentioned you never read any books, if your Vampires have no Vampire Lore, they can't purchase plasma packs. You must "research vampire information" on the computer with your vampire and then purchase the Vampire Encyclopedia to advance your Vampire's knowledge.

Plasma Packs are not unlocked unless your Vampire Lore is high enough.

Did you have a Vampire that used to purchase them that is no longer part of the household?

@PoptartJuniper Thanx everybody for the input. I have resolved my issue. It was something in my files. A friend explained to me how to delete certain files and then reinstall them without losing any sims and progress. I don't know what it was but my program did crash right before this all started. I was able to restore the files without losing anything. I can order plasma packs once again. I guess I did read the books and didn't realize it. Again thanx everybody ~Zach

What files did you have to remove?
I have been downloading custom content lately and all my vampires are having the same problem. I’m not getting the option on the computer for vampire secrets regardless of their vampire status.
