what the lot challenge is supposed to do is cause more occult sims to walk around, and your sim gets bored when nothing scary happens

@gooochyeee I didn't get that from the blog post description, so thanks for that explanation! I guess that means it essentially needs you to have DLC that adds occults, that is when it works! Though the only occults I remember scaring sims is werewolves if they are rampaging (I have werewolves limited to Moonwood Mills, so would think that would conflict with that lot challenge).
I can't recall my sims ever being scared of any other occults (though I do also pretty much always play with spellcasters).
