Re: Sims 4 Expansion Packs

Hi, I have a question about it to. So I pay ea play and ea promised the pack get to work for ea play but I can't redeem it. It says I have to pay but the pack is on the list for free. Does anyone know what I should do cause ea help does not help at all, They know less then I do. Thank you.

@Pandaluh_13   Hi! I'm afraid I don't understand your question. I'm not seeing anything about Get To Work being added to EA Play. Did you get an invitation to try GTW for free or something like that? If so, I wonder if it's possible that the trial period has ended.

@chelsugar    Hi! I'm not seeing what you've described in the EA App. I only just started using it myself. Do you mind sharing a screen grab of what you're seeing?

This is my view. The only thing I don't have is the Bust the Dust Kit though.

I've heard there are still a lot of issues with the EA app and since I still don't know much about it, you might want to post on the EA app forum here...

@JonaO703I don't have EA play, but in this article it says "EA Play and EA Play Pro members will receive an upgraded experience when member-only bundles of The Sims 4 go into The Play List on October 18. The Sims 4 EA Play Edition includes The Sims 4 Get To Work Expansion Pack, while the EA Play Pro Edition includes both The Sims 4 Get To Work Expansion Pack and The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff Pack."

@Pandaluh_13Is there an option for you for a free "Sims 4 EA Play Edition" rather than getting Get to Work separately?

Did that attachment send? How do I download origin? When I googled it, it just lead me to ea app download instead as I know it's getting replaced

@chelsugar   I can see your attachment and thanks for sharing. That is strange. Have you installed TS4 and all your purchased DLC on your new PC?

@chelsugar    Were you able to download the Origin app from the link?  I haven't tried it myself.

@JonaO703OH yes! I just did it. Ill see if it says the same thing in Origin...*update* It looks all good over on Origin. Hmmm interesting. It didn't say DLC missing on the ea app on certain pages, it just said "add on" which is normal. But when i click on the "See the sale" button, thats where it occurs. Wierd.

@chelsugar    Thank you so much for sharing your experience.  I imagine other users are having similar issues.  It might be best to use Origin as long as you can.  Hopefully the EA app will be fixed before they eliminate Origin completely.  Fingers crossed!

No there is not one . I already have some packs. It's sad because I paid ea play because they were offering the pack but I can't reed it. Anyways thank you all for the help.

@Pandaluh_13   Editing my post to suggest opening your game to check if you see GTW items in your game without the need to manually download it.  Since you have an EA Play account, perhaps GTW was added automatically and you didn't realize it?  This shows some GTW items in build mode with the briefcase icon...

I'm sorry that you're still having trouble with this.  I went to the EA Play site and they do not list GTW as part of the experience.  Perhaps they just haven't updated it yet.

It's quite possible that there is an issue they need to address.  Again, I encourage you to post your question on the EA Play forum.
