Can you also try a different Sim in the same save to see if it's save or Sim related ?
Do other cheats work ?
@crinrict yes, it works on other Sims. it seem if the sim is bitten by vampires leaves a uncomfortable + 2 moodlet 24h , remove_all_buffs code is not removing that moodlet on my Sim..its that moodlet whats stuck on my sim.. but it's okay . I had to hard reset my sim to remove the buffs

no, this moodlet doesn't turn sim into vampires . that one called strangely hungry, it leaves a Uncomfortable +1 state . the one I'm talking about called Recently Bitten it's a uncomfortable +3 drain life spirit that vampire does, it suppose to last 24h but my Sim bugged somehow and left my sim uncomfortable +3 for 4 days so, when i use Sims.remove _all_buffs it didn't remove that moodlet.. anyways, I always thought my Sim is a Code Violation shes seem to find all the odd glitches and bugs .. we can mark as solved for now..
Oh, so it's a moodlet what was supposed to disappear but didn't. So it's not the cheat but your Sim that had an issue.
Yeah, don't think that's a general issue with the cheat.
Problem was, that the moodlet didn't go away but if it was just a one time thing, I wouldn't worry about it.

I know this is a really old feed but I wanted to add to it anyways. Mine wont work either (i accidentally turned my sim into a plantsim when shift-clicking, oops) and it will never ever go away. I was doing a 7 todd challenge too soo...
Your Sim will revert by itself in 5 days.

- @iwlj66rkw8bc The cheat was disabled but you can use twisted mexis allcheatfix mod to enable the cheat again.
